Burnout and the consequences

According to current estimates, about 25% of working Germans suffer from burnout and the trend is rising.

More and more people are no longer able to cope with the constantly growing pressure of our modern professional world.

The modern achievements of the IT industry, the requirement to be available anytime and anywhere, as well as an increasingly fierce competition put us under constant stress.

Our own physical and mental needs are increasingly being suppressed.

Joy, joie de vivre and our emotional world are increasingly fading into the background and are often exacerbated by increased alcohol and cigarette consumption.

The regular use of sleeping pills and/or stimulants does not make things any better.

The process of burnout usually takes place insidiously in several phases and often over many years.

How do I recognize burnout?

Pain of any kind

Irritability, sickliness

Memory and concentration problems

Social withdrawal

Ways out of burnout

To admit to yourself, friends and family as well as your work colleagues,

that you are “burned out”,

is usually the most difficult step and often only occurs after the total collapse.

Why have I often suppressed my personal needs for years?

Why don’t I succeed in setting boundaries to the outside world, saying “no” or “stop”?

Does my current professional position still fulfill me at all?

Are there other career prospects and opportunities for me?

What individual opportunities do I have to find rest and recovery phases for myself despite professional demands?

The essence of my work

is to accompany people on a deep and intensive emotional process.

My clients learn to regain confidence in their own abilities and to redevelop the self-esteem that has often been lost.

In this way, they regain new perspectives on life and joy in their own life and work.
